Meet the Executive Director,
Nick Clair

Nick Clair serves as Executive Director of The Welstone at Mission Crossing, bringing nearly a decade of leadership experience in healthcare administration. He is committed to leading teams that deliver exceptional care and enhance the quality of life for residents.

Nick earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas, and has completed numerous professional leadership development programs.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and four children. He is actively engaged in the community, with a strong passion for coaching runners and supporting local veterans. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Nick served nearly 30 years in assignments around the world and was a two-time member of the All-Guard Marathon Team.

Team member training is crucial in senior living as it ensures team members are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents. Proper training enhances employees' understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.
